The Advance Tabco HF-4E-240 hot food table has four wells that are controlled individually to accommodate food at different temperatures. An 8-inch-long poly cutting board provides a place for employees to prepare food and the undershelf can be used to hold dry ingredients and supplies. Between each well, there is fiberglass insulation to retain heat; indicator lights alert users which wells are active, reducing the risk of burns.
