The Cadco CMLB-24RT multi-level buffet server with rolltop lids is ideal for self-serve buffet lines. The tray has two large warming surfaces that keep food hot and is made of stainless material for simple clean up. Non-skid feet hold the unit in place. The snap-action thermostat works to keep temperatures between 155 and 205 degrees Fahrenheit. With a changeable heat control, safety signal lights alert the user to changes that may affect food quality. Controls on the back of the unit control each level independently.

The Cadco CMLB-24RT buffet warmer comes with four half-size, 2 ¹?₂-inch-deep steam pans and two steam pan holders. Each pan holder can be removed and used as warming shelves to keep the contents of the pans warm when removed from the buffet server. Clear rolltop lids can be pushed back to access food inside.
