Great for buffets or back-of-house serving, the Delfield EHEI74C E-Chef™ hot food table has five pan wells that can accommodate 12-inch by 20-inch by 6-inch pans. Because these wells have drains, operators can quickly switch out the water for heating. Enabling employees to adjust the heat intensity from low to high depending on the product, each well has an infinite controller. To provide a place for prepping and plating, the front of the table has an 8-inch-deep cutting board that spans the full width. In the open base, a plate shelf and supply shelf maximize storage space.
