The Duke E304SW Aerohot™ steam table has four 12-inch by 20-inch by 8-inch openings that hold pans and keep displayed food at warm, ready-to-serve temperatures. An infinite heat switch controls the 750-watt element that heats each compartment. This unit has a full-length, 7-inch-wide cutting board and an adjustable storage shelf.
Made of heavy-duty stainless steel, the Duke E304SW steam table is strong and corrosion resistant. It has fiberglass insulation that retains heat to maintain warm temperatures and can be used for wet or dry applications. Each opening has a well drain with a drain valve, facilitating the cleanup process. Stabilizing the unit on uneven floors, the feet at the end of the stainless steel legs can be individually adjusted.
