Duke WB302 30 3/8" Hot Food Table w/ (2) Wells & Cutting Board, Natural Gas

The Duke WB302 Aerohot™ steam table has two 12-inch by 20-inch compartments that can hold two full-size steam pans or a combination of smaller sizes. It heats food in a wet bath using natural gas, and the gas supply is controlled by a valve on the front of the unit. For straightforward operation, a pressure regulator ensures the correct pressure level is maintained, while a well drain eliminates leftover water at the end of the day.

Along with warm wells for food, the Duke WB302 steam table offers a 7-inch-deep cutting board that spans the front of the unit and provides space for employees to plate food. The cutting board is reinforced with a supporting shelf and brackets for sturdiness. Additional supplies or ingredients can be stored on the undershelf, which has an open design for access from all sides. Adjustable plastic feet enable the steam table to be installed level, even on an uneven floor.
