The AccuTemp E62083E100DBL Evolution® boilerless convection steamer features advanced Steam Vector Technology, providing fast and even cooking without moving parts. Designed for high-volume operations, this steamer includes two compartments, each capable of holding six full-size 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch pans. Its independent digital timer with programmable presets ensures precise cooking control. Unlike traditional steamers, this unit requires simple water and drain connections but does not need water filtration, eliminating additional maintenance concerns.

Built with a reinforced 14-gauge stainless steel cavity, the AccuTemp E62083E100DBL steamer is designed for durability and efficiency.
