Designed for efficiency, the AccuTemp E62403E130DBL Evolution® boilerless convection steamer operates with Steam Vector Technology®, which generates steam without moving parts. Each of the two connected compartments holds six 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch deep pans, providing high-volume steaming capacity. This unit runs without the need for water filtration or treatment. Digital controls include an independent programmable timer and a temperature display for precise operation.

AccuTemp's E62403E130DBL Evolution convection steamer incorporates a reinforced stainless steel cavity for durability, while a front-mounted drain valve facilitates water removal. The door can be opened at any time during the cooking cycle, enhancing accessibility, while the automatic altitude compensation provides optimal steaming performance at various elevations. Its dishwasher-safe pan racks, steam collector, distributor panels, and condensate tray simplify cleaning. A simplified service access panel and indicator lights for low water, high water, and overtemperature conditions provide additional convenience.
