Featuring a heavy-duty, field-reversible door, the AccuTemp E62403E130SGL Evolution® boilerless convection steamer provides flexibility for different kitchen layouts. The door can be opened at any point during the cooking process, and the unit's Steam Vector Technology® generates consistent steam without moving parts. It holds six 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch deep pans and operates with digital controls that include a temperature display and an independent programmable timer.

AccuTemp's E62403E130SGL Evolution convection steamer is designed with a reinforced stainless steel cavity for durability. A front-mounted drain valve provides simple water management, while automatic altitude compensation adjusts the unit's performance based on location. Dishwasher-safe pan racks, a steam collector, distributor panels, and a condensate tray simplify cleaning. The service access panel enables quick maintenance, and indicator lights notify users of low water, high water, and overtemperature conditions.
