This system facilitates simple installation in various kitchen environments. Each of its two compartments accommodates six 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch deep pans, making it well suited for high-volume steaming. Digital controls provide precise operation, featuring a temperature display and an independent programmable timer.

AccuTemp's E64403D120DBL Evolution convection steamer utilizes Steam Vector Technology to generate consistent steam without moving parts. The unit does not require water filtration, reducing maintenance demands. Its reinforced stainless steel cavity enhances durability, while dishwasher-safe pan racks, a steam collector, distributor panels, and a condensate tray streamline cleaning. A service access panel enables quick maintenance, and indicator lights notify users of low water, high water, and overtemperature conditions.
