With a reinforced stainless steel cavity, the AccuTemp E64403D120SGL Evolution® boilerless convection steamer is built for durability in commercial kitchens. Its connectionless design eliminates the need for a water or drain connection, enabling flexible installation. Steam Vector Technology® generates consistent steam without moving parts, supporting even cooking across six 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch deep pans. The digital control system features a temperature display and an independent programmable timer for precise operation.

AccuTemp's E64403D120SGL Evolution convection steamer is designed for low-maintenance operation, as it does not require water filtration or scheduled de-liming. A front-mounted condensate tray, dishwasher-safe pan racks, steam collector, and distributor panels simplify cleaning. The service access panel allows quick maintenance, while indicator lights provide notifications for low water, high water, and overtemperature conditions. This unit includes a 5-foot power cord and requires a dedicated receptacle.
