Designed with manual mechanical timer controls, the AccuTemp E64403E120DBL Evolution® boilerless convection steamer provides straightforward operation for commercial kitchens. This unit features two connected compartments, each capable of holding six 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch deep pans. Steam Vector Technology® generates steam without moving parts, ensuring even cooking results. A water and drain connection is required for operation.

AccuTemp's E64403E120DBL Evolution convection steamer incorporates vacuum cooking, which optimizes heat transfer for efficient steaming. The reinforced stainless steel cavity provides durability in high-use environments, while dishwasher-safe pan racks, a steam collector, distributor panels, and a condensate tray simplify cleaning. No water filtration is required, reducing maintenance needs. A service access panel allows for quick maintenance, while indicator lights provide alerts for low water, high water, and overtemperature conditions.
