Its Steam Vector Technology® generates steam without moving parts, supporting consistent cooking results. Designed to accommodate six 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch deep pans, this unit requires a water and drain connection for operation.

AccuTemp's E64403E120SGL Evolution convection steamer features a reinforced stainless steel cavity to enhance durability in high-use kitchens. Its dishwasher-safe pan racks, steam collector, distributor panels, and condensate tray simplify cleaning. Water filtration is not required, reducing maintenance needs. A service access panel facilitates quick adjustments, while indicator lights provide alerts for low water, high water, and overtemperature conditions.
