Its vacuum cooking system ensures precise heat distribution, while manual mechanical timer controls provide straightforward operation. It measures 27 inches wide by 28 inches deep by 55³/₈ inches high. The connectionless design eliminates the need for water and drain hookups, simplifying installation.
