This unit includes two steaming compartments, each capable of holding three 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch deep pans. Manual mechanical timer controls enable straightforward operation, while the connectionless design eliminates the need for water and drain hookups. Mounted on a stand with casters for mobility, this unit offers flexibility in various kitchen environments.
