Designed with a super-duty heater configuration, the AccuTemp S34803D110DBL Steam'N'Hold® boilerless convection steamer delivers powerful and efficient steam cooking. Its patented vacuum technology enhances heat transfer, reducing cooking times while maintaining precise temperature control. This unit features two compartments, each capable of holding three 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch deep pans, and operates with manual mechanical timer controls.

Eliminating the need for water or drain connections, the AccuTemp S34803D110DBL boilerless convection steamer operates with a three-gallon water reservoir per compartment, allowing flexible placement in commercial kitchens. A heavy-duty, right-hand hinged door with a quick-release mechanism provides easy access, while the heating element is protected from direct water exposure, reducing maintenance. A front-mounted drain valve facilitates simple water removal, and indicator lights for heat, cook, and hold modes enable precise monitoring. This unit includes two 5-foot power cords and requires separate receptacles.
