This AccuTemp S62083D100DBL pan convection steamer provides a stacked style for double the output of a single machine. This 64⁹/₁₀-inch high unit features two separate container cavities that hold six full-size pans eacha'¬a€a total of 12. Each structure features two heavy-duty hinged doors to lock in hot temperatures, reducing energy consumption. The steamer cavity is made of 14-gauge, 304 stainless steel, which minimizes the process of corrosion and enhances structure. Because each unit comes with a 3-gallon reservoir and front-mounted drain valve, it doesn't require water or drain connections.

The AccuTemp S62083D100DBL convection steamer enhances kitchen versatility by offering the following cook modes: fast cook, low temp, and hold. Fast cooking is achieved through the patented vacuum technology, and it's simple to cycle between modes using the selector switch. The unit's status is simple to monitor via the heat, cook, and hold indicator lights, and to keep track of cooking time spans, users can preset a timespan of 90 minutes.
