The BevLes HPIC-3414 heated proofer and holding cabinet features a fully insulated design, minimizing energy loss and maintaining consistent interior temperatures for efficient operation. Its durable aluminum construction withstands heavy-duty use, while the clear polycarbonate door provides full visibility of stored contents, reducing the need to open the cabinet and release heat.
Designed with an air baffle and forced air circulation, the BevLes HPIC-3414 promotes even heat distribution to ensure uniform proofing or holding. This unit also includes an easy-to-read LED thermometer for precise monitoring and corner bumpers for protection in high-traffic settings. Mobility is provided by (four) 5-inch swivel casters, (two) with brakes, and the unit connects conveniently with a 6.3-foot cord and NEMA 5-15P plug.
