A clear polycarbonate door provides full visibility of stored contents, helping staff monitor progress without opening the cabinet.

This unit features an air baffle design with forced air circulation to maintain consistent temperatures throughout, while an easy-to-read LED thermometer allows for precise monitoring. Equipped with four 3-inch swivel casters, including two with brakes, it provides smooth mobility and secure placement when stationary.
