The full-height BevLes PICA70-32-AED-1L3 PICA series donut proofer is built to accommodate a variety of screen and tray sizes for versatile baking needs. Its aluminum construction promotes lightweight durability and effective heat transfer, while the non-insulated design ensures consistent performance. This cabinet includes three clear Lexan? split doors that open left-hand hinged, providing convenient access to the cabinet's contents while retaining heat and humidity. Adjustable aluminum pan supports are spaced on 11/2-inch centers and can hold up to (16) 23-inch by 32-inch or 23-inch by 23-inch donut screens, (16) 18-inch by 26-inch trays, or (32) 12-inch by 20-inch pans. The unit is mobile with 5-inch swivel plate casters, two of which lock for stability during use.
The BevLes PICA70-32-AED-1L3 proofing cabinet features a digital thermostat with variable humidity control and an LED display for precise temperature and humidity adjustments. With a range of 60 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit, it supports proofing and warming tasks for optimal results. The 5-quart cast water reservoir includes a cover to maintain water levels during extended use, and the heating module is removable for simplified cleaning.
