The full-height BevLes PICA70-32-AED-4L1 PICA series donut proofer is designed to support efficient proofing and warming in bakeries and foodservice establishments. It features a single clear Lexan? left-hand hinged door, offering visibility and helping to maintain internal temperature and humidity levels. The unit is equipped with 5-inch swivel plate casters, two of which lock for stability during operation, ensuring mobility and convenience. For simplified cleaning and maintenance, the heating module is removable. This unit operates on a 208-230V power supply and comes with a cord for straightforward installation.

The BevLes PICA70-32-AED-4L1 proofing cabinet is equipped with a digital thermostat and variable humidity control, enabling precise adjustments within a temperature range of 60 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
