The full-height BevLes PICA70-32-AED-4R1 PICA series donut proofer is constructed of durable aluminum and is non-insulated, promoting efficient heat transfer and resisting wear over time. It features a single clear Lexan? door with a right-hand hinge, offering visibility and access while maintaining internal heat and humidity levels. Adjustable aluminum pan supports are spaced on 1¹/₂-inch centers and can accommodate up to (16) 23-inch by 32-inch or 23-inch by 23-inch donut screens, (16) 18-inch by 26-inch trays, or (32) 12-inch by 20-inch pans. For mobility and flexibility, the unit is equipped with 5-inch swivel plate casters, two of which lock for stability. For convenient maintenance, the heating module is removable. This cabinet operates on a 208-230V power supply and includes a cord for straightforward installation.
