The Groen (2)HY-3EF floor model steamer has two compartments, perfect for medium- to high-volume applications. It uses high-power blower fans to create high-velocity steam movement and evenly cook food in all the pans. Between steam cycles, the chambers remain ready to steam. This unit can operate based on a 60-minute timer or continuously steam until an employee shuts it off.
Each compartment in this Groen (2)HY-3EF electric countertop steamer holds three full-size hotel pans that measure 21/2 inches deep on stainless steel racks that can be removed to facilitate cleaning. Because they are made of stainless steel, the compartments are strong, rust resistant, and can be cleaned quickly. To provide access to the internal components, the right and left side panels are removable. The doors on this unit are made of stainless steel, insulated with replaceable gaskets, and reversible in the field.
