Groen (2)HY-5EF (10) Pan Convection Steamer - Stand, Descaling Port, 208v/3ph

The Groen (2)HY-5EF commercial steamer accommodates (10) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch pans on stainless steel support racks in the stainless steel interior. Because these components are made of stainless steel, they are heavy duty and resistant to rusting. Both interior side panels are removable, providing access to the internal components for servicing. To fit different layouts in the field, each chamber has a stainless steel door that can be reversed.

Using powerful, side-mounted fan blowers, the Groen (2)HY-5EF floor model steamer creates high-velocity steam circulation that efficiently and evenly cooks product in all the pans. A light activates when the unit is ready to steam, and the temperature remains at consistent levels between cycles. Although users can continuously steam without a time limit, a 60-minute timer is available to keep up with the cook time. To aid in the cleaning process, the clean button automatically starts the deliming cycle.
