This Turbo Air M3H47-2-G-TS glass door heated cabinet is a two-section unit measuring 51³/₄ inches wide by 32¹/₈-inch-deep by 83 inches high. Each section is equipped with a corresponding stainless steel door featuring a glass window that provides a view into the LED-lighted interior. When opened, these doors provide direct access to the 10 stainless steel universal tray slides, and if the doors aren't then closed properly, an alarm beeps to alert operators. Made of rugged stainless steel, the unit's interior and exterior resist rust, corrosion, and wear, facilitate cleaning, and are capable of surviving long-term back-of-house use. For user safety, its edges and corners are rounded, and this cabinet is outfitted with swivel casters—two of which lock—for mobility and stability.

To hold precooked dishes at safe temperatures before serving, the Turbo Air M3H47-2-G-TS reach-in heated cabinet's digital temperature control system can be set from 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. This system maintains consistent temperatures, and this temperature can be monitored on the digital display. To maintain desired temperature within the food zone, the cabinet uses a ducted fan air distribution system. High-density polyurethane insulation is foamed in place into the cabinet to retain produced temperatures and minimize energy loss.
