Because the Turbo Air M3H47-2-TS heated cabinet is a reach-in model, it can be positioned against a wall. Its two lockable stainless steel doors provide direct access to the 10 universal tray slides, easing pan loading and retrieval. This 51³/₄-inch-wide by 32¹/₈-inch-deep by 83-inch-high two-section unit features a stainless steel exterior and interior capable of withstanding high-volume use; this metal resists rust, corrosion, and wear and simplifies cleaning. To reduce injury risks, the cabinet's edges and corners are rounded, and for simple transport when cleaning or maintenance is required, it's positioned on 4-inch-diameter swivel casters; the two front casters can be locked during use.

For full visibility, the Turbo Air M3H47-2-TS heated cabinet's interior is lighted with LEDs. The 10 universal tray slides can each support one 6-inch-deep full-size pan, one 18-inch by 26-inch pan, two 14-inch by 18-inch pans, or three 12-inch by 20-inch pans. To hold various precooked dishes at safe temperatures, this unit produces and maintains temperatures from 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit with its ducted fan air distribution system. Staff can modify and manage temperatures with the digital temperature control and monitor system. To minimize the risk of temperature fluctuations, an alarm beeps to alert operators if the doors aren't closed properly. For further temperature preservation, the cabinet and doors are foamed-in-place with high-density, CFC-free polyurethane insulation.
