The Turbo Air PRO-50H-G-PT holding cabinet is designed for efficient use in busy commercial kitchens. It opens from either side, so the cabinet can be placed between prep sites or facing both the kitchen and the front end, enabling wait staff to collect prepared dishes for serving to diners. Glass doors give users a view of what's currently stored in the cabinet.

A temperature range of 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit creates suitable warming conditions in the Turbo Air PRO-50H-G-PT heated cabinet for a wide range of foods. Six shelves in total are installed in the cabinet to provide organizational capability. LED lighting illuminates the interior to highlight stored goods for less energy cost than conventional lighting.
