Its pass-thru design means it can be accessed from either side—it can sit between two workstations or between the kitchen and the front end, providing quick and convenient hot storage. This cabinet holds food at a range of 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit for optimal condition maintenance.

Six shelves inside the Turbo Air PRO-50H-PT holding cabinet can be used to store product until it's time for use. The cabinet's doors are solid, containing heat and losing less of it through leakage than glass-paned door options. These doors self-close if kitchen staff must step away, or they can be fixed open at 120 degrees for loading and unloading.
