Using a precise digital temperature control system, operators can adjust the temperature of the Turbo Air PRO-77-6H-G heated cabinet between 140 and 180 degrees. Between the three sections, it offers 73.9 cubic feet of interior space and includes nine stainless steel wire shelves. To prevent heat from escaping the cabinet, it’s insulated with high-density polyurethane.

The Turbo Air PRO-77-6H-G heated cabinet is fitted with six glass half doors with a 120-degree stay-open feature. Constructed largely of stainless steel, it can stand up to intensive use without succumbing to scratch damage or corrosion. Easing transportation for cleaning or servicing, this unit is mounted on casters.
