The Turbo Air PRO-77-6H-PT pass-thru cabinet holds foods at safe, appetizing temperatures between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. To prevent warm air from leaking out, it’s insulated with high-density polyurethane. Each of its 12 glass half doors remain open past 120 degrees to facilitate swift, comfortable loading and unloading.
