Streamlining cleaning and defending against corrosion, the interior of the Turbo Air PRO-77H heated cabinet is constructed of stainless steel. Between its three sections, it offers 73.9 cubic feet of interior space that can be accessed through its three self-closing doors. To facilitate comfortable loading and unloading, these doors remain open past 120 degrees.

The Turbo Air PRO-77H holding cabinet maintains temperatures between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit and is insulated with high-density polyurethane to preserve heat. Operators can adjust these levels using a digital temperature control and monitoring system, while the casters on the unit enable transportation for cleaning or servicing.
