The Turbo Air PRO-77H-G three-section heated cabinet includes nine shelves made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel wire. To improve visibility, the three sections in the interior are fitted with LED lighting. Each of its glass doors are self-closing with a 120-degree stay-open feature that facilitates convenient loading and unloading.

To ensure optimal heat preservation, the Turbo Air PRO-77H-G heated holding cabinet is insulated with high-density polyurethane. Keeping food at safe, appetizing temperatures until it’s ready to be served, the unit holds product at temperatures between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Because it’s positioned on swivel casters, users can maneuver the unit between locations as needed.
