Made of stainless steel, the Migali C-SPS-2-18 Commercial Series? four-burner stock pot range is durable enough to withstand heavy-duty use in a commercial kitchen. It is intended for countertop use, and the four adjustable feet elevate it away from the counter so the unit doesn't overheat. The unit has four burners, and each operates at 40,000 BTU for a total of 160,000 BTU.

If food particles slide underneath the cast iron grates, they can be removed to streamline cleaning. This unit has a space cut from the bottom to add storage that might be needed in a busy kitchen, and to make it even more user friendly, the temperature can be controlled using chrome knobs.
