To increase durability, the John Boos SB011-O work table top is laminated and finished with penetrating oil. It's treated with an antimicrobial agent to inhibit bacterial, mold, and other microbial growth, reducing the risk of cross contamination. This top measures 72 inches in length and 30 inches in depth, and it's designed with back and side splashes to keep ingredients contained.
