Its simple design features pull-out racks and temperature control knobs for top and bottom heat management. Quartz-infrared heaters quickly warm the toaster after it has been in power-saving mode, so sporadic use is not an issue. The stainless steel conveyor belt extends for easy loading, and the loading area contains a full-width coated front burner guard that is cool to the touch to protect users from burning themselves on the toaster. Furthermore, a hi-limit switch automatically cools the toaster if it gets too hot, and the product clearance of 1¹/₂ inches accommodates bagels, toasts, and sandwiches. Once products finish toasting, they are held in a heated area to maintain warmth before serving.

Cleanup is simplified with the DoughXpress DXP-CT305 countertop conveyor toaster, while a removable crumb tray located beneath the toaster catches breadcrumbs during loading and unloading. At the end of the day, the tray can be dumped, wiped down, and replaced for future use.
