The Hatco TQ-400 Toast-Qwik® conveyor toaster can produce 360 slices per hour and has a 2-inch-high opening that can accept most sliced bread products. It operates with electronic controls for precise adjustments and a horizontal conveyor that cooks bread to different levels of doneness based on the conveyor speed. Using this cooking method, the toaster can adjust the level of toasting instantly, without waiting for the temperature to rise or fall. To ensure all product is uniformly toasted, it uses a ColorGuard sensing system.

Operating with a permanently lubricated ball bearing motor, the Hatco TQ-400 conveyor toaster resists burnout during long-term use. Its exterior is made of stainless steel to resist rust and corrosion, and its toast pan is made of aluminum. Designed with options for front or rear product discharge, this unit can dispense toasted bread to the operator side or to customers and servers on the opposite side, enabling it to blend into any workflow. The heating elements are sheathed in metal for added durability, and it features an internal fan and insulation to trap heat within and keep exterior surfaces cool.
