Star SCT4000E Vertical Bun Toaster - 1800 Slices/hr W/ 1" Product Opening, 208/240v

The Star SCT4000E conveyor toaster is dual sided and can toast buns in the front and back. Each belt has its own variable speed control and height-adjustable opening, enabling different products to be prepared on each side. The wide top supports bun placement side by side, in top and bottom pairs. As buns are moved through the unit, they contact the heat plates and caramelize, which seals the buns and prevents condiments from turning burgers soggy.

Great for large menus, this Star SCT4000E vertical toaster has electronic controls with a wide array of programmable settings and a large memory. These controls can be updated quickly via USB, speeding up first-time setup. Upon startup, the toaster runs the default settings automatically, and to use other settings, employees select them on the color display. For employee safety, the high-limit switch averts dangerous temperatures and the stainless steel construction stays cool to the touch.
