Providing the durability needed for longstanding use, the Infrico IUC-UC27F undercounter freezer is made of stainless steel. Its single door self-closes so energy doesn't escape, while its snap-in gasket provides a tight seal when shut. The door can be propped open while the cabinet is loaded, preventing it from slamming shut and causing injury, and it shuts automatically when the tension is released. Additionally, the doorframe is heated to ensure it doesn't get stuck during high-volume shifts. This unit is mounted on 4-inch-diameter casters to provide mobility and has one section with 8 cubic feet of interior space.

The Infrico IUC-UC27F commercial freezer has two wire shelves that promote uniform airflow and are coated in plastic for protection. Its bottom-mounted condenser maintains a temperature of 0 degrees Fahrenheit and is self-contained to facilitate installation. Being safe for the environment, the unit cools with natural R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and is insulated with polyurethane to reduce energy use. Furthermore, this unit's interior floor drain streamlines condensate removal, though a condensate pan is included to minimize this accumulation.
