The Hoshizaki HR15A undercounter refrigerator provides 3.7 cubic feet of refrigerated storage in a compact, one-section design. Its solid hinged door is field reversible, allowing operators to adjust the door swing direction to fit various kitchen layouts. A built-in lock enhances security, while the magnetic door gasket creates a tight seal to maintain cold air inside. The stainless steel exterior is durable and resistant to corrosion, while the ABS interior liner is designed to withstand moisture and impact. LED interior lighting illuminates the cabinet for easy product visibility, and two adjustable vented shelves provide flexibility for different storage needs.

Designed for undercounter placement, the Hoshizaki HR15A reach-in refrigerator operates with a bottom-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system that utilizes R-600A refrigerant for energy-efficient cooling. The solid-state digital controller features an LED temperature display and high/low temperature alarms, ensuring accurate temperature monitoring. A time-initiated automatic defrost system prevents ice buildup, reducing maintenance needs. The stainless steel door has a stay-open feature, keeping the door open past a certain angle to simplify restocking. For added convenience, the unit is equipped with two front leveling legs for stability and two rear rollers that facilitate movement during cleaning or repositioning.
