The drawers' 41-gauge stainless steel acetal rollers and ball bearings bear 250 pounds of product. In total, the cabinet provides 11.78 cubic feet of space; the drawers can accommodate two 12-inch by 20-inch full-size pans per drawer. The unit features a stainless steel front and interior, and the interior is insulated with 2-inch polyurethane to maintain consistent cabinet temperatures. Flush-mount aluminum handles offer simple access while providing a classic, quality look.

To keep stocked items at product-safe temperatures, the Hoshizaki ULR46B-D2 undercounter refrigerator features a self-contained, side-mounted refrigeration system. Via its electronic controller, this unit can be adjusted from 28 to 45 degrees Fahrenheit. It uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant via capillary tubes to streamline eco-friendly operation. To help prevent heavy accumulation of frost, it has an integrated defrost system.
