The Hoshizaki ULR93B-D2 Steelheart undercounter refrigerator's self-contained refrigeration system is side mounted for convenient access and features a front-breathing design for 1 inch of rear wall clearance. This system includes an off-cycle defrost to eliminate ice formation and a non-electric evaporation system and mullion heaters to reduce water accumulation. To reach temperatures between 28 and 45 degrees Fahrenheit, this unit uses R920 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and staff can monitor internal conditions with the digital display.

The Hoshizaki ULR93B-D2 undercounter refrigerator measures 93 inches wide by 33¹/₄ inches deep by 33⁷/₈ inches high and has three sections that are split up with two doors and two drawers. Each drawer can hold two 12-inch by 20-inch by 6-inch pans, and the two solid doors are self-closing for reduced recovery time and have a stay-open feature for quick loading and unloading. The door sections have two shelves each, all of which are adjustable using the aluminum pilasters. For rust, scratch, and dent resistance, this refrigerator is constructed of high-quality stainless steel.
