Part of the Steelheart series, the Hoshizaki UR36B-01 one-section refrigerator is made of strong stainless steel for corrosion resistance. It has an 8.64-cubic-foot capacity€”ideal for storing produce and other ingredients€”and is designed to be placed beneath countertops. this insulated refrigerator maintains temperatures between 32 and 52 degrees Fahrenheit and is accessed through a singular stainless steel door. This field-reversible door is adorned with an extruded aluminum handle, remains open when locked in a 90-degree angle, and self-closes if partially opened. This cabinet is split into and upper and lower space with an adjustable shelf coated in epoxy, while the unit itself is positioned on four 4-inch casters for mobility.

The Hoshizaki UR36B-01 undercounter cold storage unit features self-contained refrigeration and a developed air circulation system to maintain low temperatures. The former consists of a hard-working evaporator designed to remove hot gas condensate and environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, which removes hot air. With both of these components working together, the air distribution system is able to consistently spread cold air throughout the entire body, ensuring food products are kept at safe temperatures. Off-cycle defrosting protects the evaporator coils from ice build-up.
