Its stainless steel front, top, end panels, and interior, paired with an aluminum back, provide durability and corrosion resistance. The unit is mounted on 1-3/8-inch diameter plate casters for mobility, while a completely enclosed, vented, and removable case back simplifies cleaning and maintenance. Inside, two heavy-duty, epoxy-coated steel shelves and 2-inch polyurethane foam insulation optimize storage and temperature retention.

The Continental D48N-U is equipped with a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system that includes a front-breathing design for efficient airflow. Using eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a corrosion-resistant plasticized fin evaporator coil, it delivers reliable cooling performance. An automatic hot gas condensate evaporator and off-cycle defrost enhance maintenance efficiency, while electronic controls with a digital display and high-low temperature alert enable precise monitoring. The 2-inch high bottom-mounted front breather air divider supports effective air circulation to maintain consistent temperatures. This unit operates at 2.5 amps and is powered by a 10-foot cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug for easy installation.
