The Continental RA93N-U undercounter refrigerated base offers a compact and efficient solution for ingredient storage in busy commercial kitchens. Built with a 300-gauge stainless steel worktop, stainless steel front and end panels, and galvanized steel rear and grill panels, this unit ensures durability and corrosion resistance. The aluminum interior and 2-inch foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation improve thermal efficiency, while the 32-cubic-foot interior provides ample storage space. Accessibility is enhanced with three self-closing solid doors and one half-access door, and six heavy-duty, epoxy-coated steel shelves organize stored items effectively.

Equipped with a side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system, the Continental RA93N-U refrigerated base uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for eco-friendly and efficient cooling. The forced-air cooling system, expansion valve, and automatic hot-gas condensate evaporator ensure consistent temperature control and minimal maintenance. Additional features include a plasticized fin evaporator coil, electronic controls, and off-cycle defrost for precise and reliable operation. Twelve 1³/₈-inch diameter plate casters, mounted on heavy-duty support plates, provide mobility, while the fully enclosed, vented, and removable rear and side grills simplify maintenance.
