This unit includes three sections and six stainless steel roll-out drawers, each designed to hold one 12-inch by 18-inch by 6-inch pan or a combination of one half-size by 6-inch and one third-size by 6-inch pan (not included). Made of stainless steel, the top, front, and end panels are durable and corrosion-resistant, while the 1³/₈-inch diameter plate casters enable mobility for cleaning or repositioning as needed.

Its rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for energy-efficient cooling. Insulated with 2-inch non-CFC polyurethane foam, it maintains consistent internal temperatures, while magnetic Santoprene™ drawer gaskets ensure a tight seal. Polished chrome drawer handles enhance user convenience, and the digital controller with high/low alarms, automatic electric defrost, and a hot gas condensate evaporator support reliable operation.
