The Delfield 4427NP undercounter refrigerator is constructed of stainless steel and features a flat worktop without a backsplash. Its flat top can be placed underneath a worktable or counter to maximize utility and workspace, this offers great use as a workstation for cutting and preparing food and operating countertop equipment. The refrigerator has one section for storing food and keeping it cold. While the solid stainless steel door holds more cold air inside than glass alternatives, it doesn't provide visibility from the exterior. The unit uses eco-friendly hydrocarbon refrigerant for energy efficiency that also helps establishments reduce their impact on the environment. It has a rear compressor that breathes from the front reducing the need to factor in clearance space in the back or on either side, and the refrigerator can be moved into any configuration using its four casters.
