The Hoshizaki UR60B-01 undercounter refrigerator is a two-section unit designed to be placed under countertops in existing commercial kitchen workspaces. The four casters provide smooth mobility for simple placement, and because it's constructed of stainless steel, this undercounter unit is designed to withstand damage and corrosion over time. The refrigerator's two sections can be accessed using the stainless steel doors, which also feature cylinder locks for tampering prevention.

Measuring 60 inches wide by 31 inches deep by 33³/₄ inches high, the undercounter refrigerator offers 17¹/₂ cubic feet of total storage space. Recessed aluminum handles allow the user to open the stainless steel doors, and the spring-assisted feature lends a self-closing design. When opened far enough, these doors remain open for hassle-free restocking or unloading. Inside are two epoxy-coated shelves that can be adjusted based on inventory.

The Hoshizaki UR60B-01 commercial undercounter refrigerator is kept cool using a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system that uses capillary tubes to circulate eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. An epoxy-coated evaporator is impervious to corrosion and dirt and easy to maintain. The foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation helps maintain internal temperatures between 32 and 52 degrees Fahrenheit in ambient temperatures as high as 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
