The Hoshizaki UR72B-01 undercounter refrigerator is constructed of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel that stands up through frequent use in commercial kitchens. Measuring 72 inches wide by 31 inches deep by 33³/₄ inches tall, this undercounter unit is designed to be placed underneath countertops in an existing kitchen. This enables storage to be added without taking up valuable floor space.

This undercounter refrigerator has three sections that can be accessed through three stainless steel solid doors. These doors have black aluminum recessed handles and removable gaskets that ease cleaning; the stepped design works to protect the gaskets from damage over time. With a stay-open feature when opened wide enough to ease loading, the spring-assisted doors close by themselves to help maintain temperatures. Inside each cabinet is an epoxy-coated shelf adjustable on a ¹/₂-inch increment for customizable storage. The unit features cylinder locks on the cabinets to prevent tampering.

The cabinets in the Hoshizaki UR72B-01 three-section undercounter refrigerator are kept cold using the self-contained, front-breathing refrigeration system. The system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to keep its internal temperature between 32 and 52 degrees Fahrenheit in ambient temperatures as high as 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Polyurethane foam insulation further holds cold air to help maximize energy usage.
