The Hoshizaki UR72B-LPD6 72-inch-wide Steelheart™ undercounter refrigerator is designed for durability and accessibility in busy commercial kitchens. This unit is ADA compliant and fits beneath 34-inch-high work surfaces. It has an 18.27-cubic-foot capacity with six stainless steel drawers. The top drawers will accommodate one ¹/₂-size, one ¹/₃-size, one ¹/₄-size, and one ¹/₆-size pans, or one full-size pan positioned front-to-back and three ¹/₉-size pans. The bottom drawers can accommodate one ¹/₂-size pan and one ¹/₃-size pan. Each drawer can hold 6-inch-deep pans and have removable, magnetic gaskets to simplify cleaning. This unit is made of stainless steel for durability. It comes with four 2¹/₄-inch casters, two of which have brakes to prevent unwanted movement.

For efficient cooling, the Hoshizaki UR72B-LPD6 undercounter refrigerator has a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system. It uses environmentally friendly R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Its hot gas condensate evaporator is non-electric and saves energy. The off-cycle defrost system prevents ice buildup on the evaporator coil for efficient operation. The evaporator coil is e-coated for corrosion resistance and enhanced heat transfer. This unit's cabinet and drawers are insulated with 2 inches of CFC-free, foamed-in-place polyurethane.
