The True TUC-60-32D-2-HC drawered undercounter refrigerator has a high-capacity refrigeration system, and to lower corrosions risks, its evaporator is epoxy coated. Using the electronic controller, operators can set the internal temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. By moving a consistent volume of air through the interior, the electronically commutated fan motors reduce energy consumption. This constant airflow evenly cools stored foods.

When combined with regular preventive maintenance, the fan compressor's self-cleaning function helps improve efficiency and lengthen the unit's lifespan. At the beginning of each cycle, the motor directs air in reverse for a 20-seconds period; this blows away any buildup that may have collected on the condensing coil since the last cycle. 

This True TUC-60-32D-2-HC undercounter refrigerator has two drawers that support a wide variety of pan size configurations with divider bars, though without dividers, each drawer can accommodate one 12-inch by 20-inch by 8-inch food pan. For convenient cleaning, the stainless steel drawer slides and rollers are removable. In the cabinet section, the shelves are removable and coated in PVC, while the rust-resistant floor has rounded corners to reduce debris buildup.
