Maintaining a set temperature from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit, the True TUC-60D-4-HC undercounter refrigerator has evaporator and condenser fan motors that operate at high-peak efficiencies with little heat production and energy consumption. The capillary tube system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant€”a more eco-friendly choice compared to other refrigerants. When utilized in tandem with preventive maintenance performed on a regular basis, the fan compressor's self-cleaning function helps optimize performance and lengthen the unit's lifespan. At the beginning of each cycle, the motor directs air in reverse for a 20-seconds period; this blows away any buildup that may have settled on the condensing coil since the last cycle.

Made of stainless steel, this unit's exterior is durable, while its corrosion-resistant, GalFan-coated steel back and clear-coated aluminum interior liner can be wiped down. The cabinet and drawers of the True TUC-60D-4-HC two-section undercounter refrigerator are insulated with foamed-in-place, high-density polyurethane. Because this unit is on 5-inch-diameter stem castors with locks, its work surface is elevated to 36 inches. Drawers are fitted with 12-inch-long, recessed handles that are secured in place by a sheet metal interlock. Each drawer can hold one full-size food pan and slide out effortlessly for streamlined cleaning. For immediate use, this unit is completely pre-wired at the factory, and the evaporator is epoxy coated to prevent corrosion.
